1. All spiritual services including mentorship are non-refundable.

A. Cancellations/Rescheduling:

All services will be rescheduled if the originally scheduled date is no longer applicable or available.

2. All clothing, headwraps, apparel, merchandise, and spiritual products are non-refundable.

A. Returns/Exchanges:

If there are issues with the size or color of the apparel or headwraps received, exchanges for the appropriate sizes or colors are appliable. However, refunds will not be issued.

B. If the clothing or headwraps are defected, then exchanges will be issued.

C. If the wrong merchandise was sent or it was defective, then the correct merchandise will be issued.
